Mechanism of action
Calcineurin activates transcription of IL 2 (interleukin 2) ciclosporin binds with cytosolic cyclophilin to form a complex which inhibits calceneurin
Contraindication
Seizures
Malignant lymphoma
High amount of bilirubin in blood
Severe or uncontrolled Blood pressure
A mother who is breast feeding
