Indication
Multiple sclerosis
Prophylaxis of acute organ rejection

Mechanism of action
Daclizumab function binds with high-affinity IL-2 receptor complex and inhibit IL-2 receptor sub-unit is expressed on activated but not resting lymphocytes
Route of administration
Intravenously and subcutaneously in treatment of multiple sclerosis
Storage
The prefilled syringe should be stored in refrigerator between 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. it must not be frozen or exposed to temperature above 30 degrees celcius
Contraindication
Contraindicated to patient with liver impairment
Contraindicated to patient with elevated alanine transaminase
Contraindicated to patient with aspartate aminotransferase
Contraindicated to patient with autoimmune hepatitis
