- - - - the website will usually give the user a empty space where the user will be prompted to enter their information. The user will enter their username to make their accounts special and easier to remember and a password to keep the account safe from any potential unauthorised users
  - - - Click on the Start menu.
        
        Click Computer.
        
        From the Computer window, select the shared drive for your area or department (S Drive or W Drive).
        
        Navigate to the location you want the new folder to appear (e.g., within one of your existing folders).
        
        On the menu bar, select New Folder.
        
        OR
        
        Right click » select New » select Folder.
        
        A new folder is created which inherits the security permissions of its "parent."
        
        In the newly created folder, type the desired folder name.
        
        Press [Enter] or click off of the folder.

        Only individuals with authorization can should access data and information assets.
      - Integrity
        
        Data should be intact, accurate and complete, and IT systems must be kept operational.
      - Availability
        
        Users should be able to access information or systems when needed.
  - - - Clear, comprehensive, and well-defined plans, rules, and practices that regulate access to an organization's system and the information included in it
  - - - to find the password user requirement the user has to configure it at Windows settings > Security settings > Account policies > Password policy
        
        The requirements usually contains as such
        
        the use of both upper-case and lower-case letters (case sensitivity)
        
        inclusion of one or more numerical digits
        
        inclusion of special characters, such as , #, $
        
        prohibition of words found in a password blocklist
        
        prohibition of words found in the user's personal information
        
        prohibition of use of company name or an abbreviation
        
        prohibition of passwords that match the format of calendar dates, license plate numbers, telephone numbers, or other common numbers
