Watch out for hypersensitivity to being blamed

Release the psoas while vagal breathing

Ego and hostile forces will use your old traumas to limit your sadhana and trap you in identity. Ego uses old wounds as an armouring to keep itself going.

meEgo: Past story, old traumas, pain, right /wrong, wallowing, self pity, negativity, blaming, feeling sorry for myself, is all ego. Do not give this your power of concentration
Give it to Inner Being, Wideness, Silence, Calmness, Soul
Observe the pattern; Call the Mother; Will for it to Change
