Magazine Advert
Target Audience
-
Is an age range that applies closely to people that would still be in secondary school, college or university
I have chosen this target audience range has been chosen as these are ages when people would be able to specialise in photography as a subject area in school
Layout
-
at the top left of the screen is social media and gmail links that will direct you to an area where you can submit your photos
At the top right of the magazine advert is an image of a camera which represents the prize that is up for grabs if you do win the competition
Images
In my moodboard i have put pictures of different nature and plants from around hedge end to include in my magazine advert
There are also different images of social media platforms to represent different platforms to submit the photography
I have also included numerous images of different cameras for inspiration ideas for the final prize for the competition winner
Fonts
For the description about the prize i have used a bigger and bolder font than the other sentences and descriptions to make it stand out more as i believe that it is more important as it is a main part of the advert.
For the information and links to social media, I have made the fonts italics and bold so that participants of the competition will find it easy to be able to,loacte the way to submit their work
The Title is font size 22 and is also in bold to make it stand out and make its easy for people to understand what the magazine is trying to advertise
Colours
The main colour in my advert that stands is the dark blue, red and orange colours from the sunset in the background. The strong and vibrant colours make the advert stand out and is eye catching so if people see that advert it wont be missed
There is also a lot of greenery in my advert which links back to the moodboard that i have created as it shows the nature of hedge end which makes it all link together nicely
