The process which is held in respiration is:- Breathing, which involves both bringing air into the lungs (inhalation) and releasing air to the atmosphere (exhalation).

The organs that are involved in breathing. These include the nose, throat, larynx, trachea, bronchi, and lungs.
Tract:- The respiratory tract is divided into two main parts:
1.The Upper Respiratory Tract;
It is consisting of: 1.Nose
2.Nasal cavity
3.Pharynx
- The Lower Respiratory Tract;
It is consisting of:
1.Larynx
2.Trachea

The lungs are the major organs of the respiratory system, and are divided into sections, or lobes.
Trachea:-
The airway that leads from the larynx (voice box) to the bronchi (large airways that lead to the lungs). Also called windpipe.
Your trachea sits in your lower neck and upper chest, below your larynx
