the home page will contain information button with icons so customers can have a look for the information the need such as maps and finding entrances and exits

this information system is presented on the whole screen there will be icons and titles which lead to information
zoom button
zoom buttons can help with people who have trouble with eyesight as when you zoom text become bigger and they will be able to read

car park will also be used by customers only there will be ticket machines and this will also be located on the map there will be family parking and will be multiple floors which lead to each level of the centre as well as an outside one to exit the building

help desk
the help desk will contain the information display and a reception for instant help off members of staff at the help desk there will also be cash machines

maps will help guide customers and help them know where shops toilets and many other things are such as entrances and exits as well as fire exits if needed

cosmetics
cosmetics are popular by multiple customers. cosmetics includes thing such as makeup perfume and aftershave things such as skin products and much more. i will be including shops like superdrug,boots,the perfume shop and many more cosmetic shops
technology shops
in this shopping centre i will be adding things such as apple, currys pc as well as banking places and broadband places such as santander and sky
clothing and shoes :
clothing and shoe shops are probably the most popular shops people buy from they are bought from the most and this shopping centre will contain customer favourite shops from different price ranges and branded clothes
fun stuff to do
in this shopping centre i will be adding stuff like cinemas,arcades,bowling and many other things for you to do with your family and friends
refreshments
food
restaurants will be located in the food hall of the shopping centre this will included cultural restaurants and fast food places there will be street food and posh dining food and will be multiple cultural restaurant such as Italian, chinese, and a sushi bar
drinks
drinks will not only be able to be purchased in food places but there will also be vending machines and bars around the shopping centre
snacks
there will be vending machines and mini food stalls located arounf the shopping centre this will give customers a little energy boost as they a shopping and a little break to enjoy some food incase they are hungry
