Physical and mental wellbeing
You will feel better if you do sports than if you don't because if you don't play sports you won't have a lot of energy whereas if you do you are always healthy and happy and have energy to do things.
You will feel better in yourself.
If you have a good diet and are a good weight you will have more energy because you aren't losing your breath as quickly as those who have a bad diet.
You will start to get more energy and be able to do things you enjoy for longer.
Have a good sleep schedule so you know when to go to sleep and when to wake up. Don't go on your phone or watch TV right before you are about to go to bed because it will mess up your sleep schedule.
You will notice that you aren't as tired through out the day.
If you talk to your family and friends your mental wellbeing will go up. You will start to feel happier in yourself. If you feel sad talk to people and then your mental wellbeing might go up.
Learn new skills like juggling
If you are feeling down with your mental health you can always talk to someone like a therapist
Don't selfharm because you are feeling sad and angry
You could help your mental and physical health by getting fit because it could help with your health but it can also make you feel more confident if you are going somewhere
To get fitter you could go on a long walk, you could go for a run, you could go for a bike ride etc
