:dog2: Noun: refer to people/objects/creatures/places/qualities (roughness)/phenomena (earthquake) / abstract ideas ---> as if they were all "things"

- refer to actions
- states (be,have) involving pp & things in events

🐌 Adverbs: typically used with verbs, to provide more info. about actions/states/event
- Some adverbs (really, very) are also used with adjectives to modify info about things. "Really large objects move slowly.)
🔛Prepositions: at/in/on/near/with/without
- used with nouns in phrases providing information about time & other connections involving actions and things
VD: the girl with glasses.
🚹 Pronouns (đại từ): she/herself/they/it/you
- used in place of noun phrases
- typically referring to people & things already known
- vd: She talks to herself.
💞 Conjunctions: and/but/because/when
- used to make connections & indicate relationships between events
