Conflict stages
pre-conflict:
Different interests can already be observed between two or more
parties, which pose a distance between them
Confrontation
The conflict begins to be more open. The interests are already manifest in the form of confrontation and each of the parties seeks
allies in favor of their way of seeing the situation
Crisis
It is the moment in which tension and violence are manifested with
more force Polarization is easily observed, which appears without chances of meeting between the parties.
Result
It is the product of the crisis, which can manifest itself throughr a winner/loser relationship either by the imposition of force and the
surrender of the counterpart, or because the parties agree to a negotiation pressured by a feeling of no way out or by the pressure of a third party most powerful part that can impose

third side
The third side is people (from the community) who, using a certain kind of power (the
power of peers) from a certain perspective (a common base), in support
of a given process (dialogue and non-violence), point to a certain product (a "triple win")
community people
the third side is not a transcendent individual or institution that everything dominates, but the emerging will of the community, power does not come from the government nor from a force superior, but of the people who choose to obey or not obey the government,
to respect or not to respect a superior force
