1- The social protocol refers to the set of behaviors and rules of conduct that, not being mandatory for society, are fulfilled because they are socially accepted. Due to this, society, in order to behave correctly in public, tends to respect such behaviors and norms. Norms that, by the way, have been accepted over time, normalizing and becoming conventional.
