Children:

The quality of children’s learning became worst due to the inexperienced of handling childrens.

Government: Make the education systems especially in ECE become worse/bad compared to other countries.
Teacher:
- The requirements for being the babysitter need higher qualification.
- Parents or guardians will have trust issues even with the skilled teachers or babysitter

THE IMPLICATION
students end up to be weak communicators and affect effectiveness of working with others in the society.
Parents who are educational advocates tend to send their children to soft skills programme so that their children will not be left out in the competitive society.
As a leader, student will not be capable to unite a team of members by applying 4C skills appropriately.
Educators will need to integrate 4Cs into core curriculum more creatively as to inculcate essential skills needed for students to thrive in the future.

THE ISSUE
Collaboration - collaborative opportunities are relatively limited to the same classroom environment and dynamics with the same group of people . Students are not trained to work in different contexts which could help to sharpen their collaboration skills
Communication - Dominant students are not listening effectively while quiet students blindly follow without voicing out their ideas to the problem being discussed.
Critical thinking - not being imparted well in curriculum as students tend to blindly follow what Google provided without critically think of the answer or solution to their doubts and questions
Creativity - rigid educational framework and prescribed assessment prohibit students from developing creativity skills
