Red flags
We can divide it in 2 categories
Regular symptoms
Growth of 1 or more lymph nodes.
Regularly pain will be present.
B symptoms
fever
diaforesis
weight loss
Symptoms that cam be related with a malignant progress.
Growth without pain
still growing through the time.
Hard consistency will be another sign of a malignant process.
If it stays in the same place is another sign.
The zone that present lymphadenopathy can tell us for example about a cancer.
for example :
Lymphadenopathy in axillary area.
can give us a differential diagnosis.
for example for breast cancer.
For this red flags the most important process is the examination.
this can help us as a guide tu suspect in a benign or not process.
needs to be a complete inspection and palpation exam.

What is it?
Is when lymph nodes of someone start growing.
This can be in any area where a lymph node is present.
Can have or not malignancy.
Can indicate a cancer process.
Can indicate an inflammatory process
related with pathogens.
Generally this pathology has a very good prognosis.
Can be just 1 lymph node
can be more than 1
Etiology
Can be variable:
Can be idiopathic.
The cause can be a pathogen.
virus
EBV
bacteria
M.Tuberculosis
autoimmune conditions.
Most of the Lymphoadenopathies are benign.
approximately 86%
less cases are malign.
approximately 14%
