spaghetti tower
Advantages
Event would be cheap to organise as the main expense is the spaghetti and other materials needed for the task.
This event is fairly self explanatory so there should be little confusion from participants once the task has been explained.
Split the group of people into two teams and set the challenge of building the spaghetti tower with the materials provided.
The purpose of this event would be for the two teams of people to aim to build the tallest spaghetti tower within the set time limit, the team with the tallest spaghetti tower would be the winner and recieve a prize.
Constraints
Not much set up is required apart from buying the supplies needed, but there will be lots to clean up after the event.
football tournament
Group people into different teams, to compete against eachother to have the chance to potentially win.
a possible constraint could be the weather, the weather would impact where the event takes place therefore the affecting the success

Setup of the event
WIll have to have a fairly large budget, of a couple thousand pounds, depending on the amount of people involved.
WIll have to provide a prize, which could be done through voluntry donations, or could provide a cheap trophy for the effect of winning.
WIll have to reserve a venue, for one in Norwich could use the Goals facility, however this may cost a few hundred pounds and will need to be enquired about with the staff their, about setting up an event like this
