LOI : 2 - Research Work
baking techniques lead to mixer grinder and whisker just like in old times they use fork spoon to mix but now we use blender whisker and beater to whisk just like that first in ancient Egypt and Greece they knead flour from hands, not from the machine. so there is one method for whisking like you hold the whisker-like a pen and then whisk in clockwise so the consistency will be so good also there is one more method scoop and level method, for example, take flour for it shake the flour with a spoon and then measure with a measuring cup and level it and put from that your measuring skills will increase. then I have some basic methods like blending stirring creaming whipping binding and flooring like making it spread evenly and layer it down flooring it down on the tin or oven evenly. They both require skill and knowledge. They both call for cutting, chopping, mixing, and stirring. And they both can create good things to eat. Use high-quality ingredients for a more flavorful product that will satisfy cravings even with smaller portions. For example, use vanilla beans instead of extract, opt for high-quality chocolate and make sure your spices are fresh for the boldest flavor.
Try different flours and flavorings
Making your own bread also gives you flexibility in terms of the type of flour you use. Whole Grain flour is a healthier choice than white, but it doesn't have to be just wheat - you could try spelt, barley or oat, either on their own or mixed. Add some seeds or herbs to give an interesting crunch and flavor.
Spoon and Level Method
If a recipe calls for the spoon and level method of measuring and you ignore this direction, you could end up with 50% more flour or other ingredients than you need. This method can be used with flour, cocoa, or confectioner’s sugar.

Scoop and Pack Method
Brown sugar is measured by scooping with a measuring cup and then packing it down. Unless a recipe states otherwise, you can use light brown sugar and dark brown sugar interchangeably.

Quick Bread Mixing or the Easiest Mixing Method
Many quick-bread recipes and the occasional cookie recipe don’t need any special method of mixing. You just throw all the ingredients in at once and mix it all together thoroughly before putting it straight into the oven. This is by far the easiest baking technique but is not standard for most cookies, cakes, or bread. The most common baking recipes require the creaming method.
