The state
A big state to prevent exploitation of workers and to prevent private property. Marx and Lenin argued that the state would eventually 'wither away'
Society
The most diving factor in society is class, not gender, race or religion.
Society should be based around collectivism, meaning that society should work towards goal that benefit all, rather than everybody going their own like like in a free market
Human nature
Humans are good/neutral but have been corrupted by capitalism as it encourages selfishness and undermining and exploiting others to get to the top
The economy
Fundamentalists argue that capitalism must be abolished fully, and replaced with a workers' controlled system.
Revisionists argue that capitalism can be used for the good of the people as it's really good at creating wealth. This wealth can then be used to fund services and welfare.
