New mass or lump developing in the breast that is hard, painless or severe pains and have irregular edges

Nursing care plan
Determine pain history (location of pain, frequency, duration, and intensity using numeric rating scale (0–10 scale), or verbal rating scale (“no pain” to “excruciating pain”) and relief measures used. Believe patient’s report.

Provide cutaneous stimulation (heat or cold, massage).

Assess skin and mucous membranes for pallor, delayed wound healing, enlarged parotid glands.

Pathophysiology
This is a cancer that develops in the cells of the breast then, after skin cancer. Mostly diagnosed in women
It occurs when changes called mutations take place in genes that regulate cell growth. The mutation let the cells devide and multiple in an uncontrolled way.
The condition of breast cancer it develops in breast cells generally the cancer forms in either the lobules or thr ducts of the breast

Staging of the breast
Stage 0: there's no cancerous cells only abnormal cells with the potential to become cancer carcinoma in situ.
