The Enviroment
Management system brings together the people, policies, plans, review mechanism and procedures used to manage environmental issues in an organization

It is a set of cognitions and strategies by which people manage the critical boundaries between their multiple life domains.
The feedback
Feedback mechanism helps in knowing whether or not output is accepted by the environment. The information is feedback to the organisation so that organisational operations can be assessed and if need be, corrected. Feedback means response of the environment to organisational outputs.
