To enable real-time patient feedback as it occurs, the Vision Care team is looking for a solution that allows synchronous and asynchronous 1:1 communication between the ECP(Eye Care Provider) and patient (primary need) and/or ECP/patient to JJV (secondary need). An additional goal would be for Vision Care to have access to the primary feedback in a de-identified way so that we can start using the insights to guide conversation, focus new interventions, and other patient support efforts.
