Sphenoid sinusitis
Intrasellar vascular anomalies
Significant lateral suprasellar extension of tumor

Diagnosis
Ineffective airway clearance
Fatigue
Headache or pain
Intervention
Monitor airway patency
Maintain fluid and electrolytes balance
Check surgical site for any bleeding
Manage pain by giving analgesia
Outcome
No bleeding noted
Patient expresses minimal or total pain relief
Airways are maintained open and clear .
