Environment
As you have become familiar with IB capabilities, what type of constructive assessment do you envision in your coordinators?
Thinking of the future, and based on your own analysis of your school, how do you intend to support and continue to nurture the sustainability of IB programmes in your school? What would the role of the leadership team be in this particular goal?
Culture
Your school has worked in having a complete and clear admission policy. What is your rational in including the hiring and recruitment process to this policy? Would the learner profile have a central role in this process?
Since you will be readdressing the decision-making procedures in your school, what will the role of the PSP (2020) be in this decision-making process?
Purpose
As we acknowledge all your hard work and as we have witnessed IB philosophy has permeated your school's grounds, we would like to know which were the steps the leadership team took to make this happen?
In your PDP you mention you would like to focus in promoting ownership in your school's mission and vision. What are your expectations or what will be the evidence of this ownership as it begins to be present in your staff?

We have seen many good practices delivered by your teachers, could you please walk us through the milestones the school has had in the teaching-learning practices the teachers have had as they develop and implement IB programmes?
Knowing that you have an active and committed community, what are your plans to involve the community in favor of the students?

Knowing that the school has allocated funds for inquiry to happen in the Science lab, could you please explain how these hands-on learning experiences support students' understanding of universal concepts?
