Take bottle of Agar loosen lid
Gather 0.2-0.3 grams of salt
Microwave agar bottle until liquid (30 seconds)
Pour agar into sample plate as well as salt
swirl solution to make homogenous or stir with disposable pipet tip
Creating control plate
Take bottle of Agar loosen lid
Microwave agar bottle until liquid (30 seconds)
Pour agar into sample plate
Let harden
Add Sordaria in order seen in diagram
let sit in warm room for 2 weeks (35 degrees C)
take glass slide and add drop of water to it
sterilize loop
scrape sample on black/tan boundary
