The school system.
Evolution of the school system
In 1870, the Forster Act was passed in England, creating a state system of schools, sponsored by churches and school boards. In 1880, laws were enacted in France establishing secular education and compulsory attendance for all children between the ages of 6 and 13.
Foundations of the School System.
The Educational system is based on its own purposes, organization and structure to develop the curriculum that it designs, from a broader conception, the educational system encompasses not only the school but all the social media that influence education.

school systems in America and Europe
The school system of the countries of Latin America today share the following features to a greater or lesser extent: insufficient coverage of preschool education, high access to the basic cycle, and low retention capacity both at the primary and secondary levels.
The school system in Europe differentiates between compulsory education and voluntary forms of school. Compulsory education includes basic school, Lappish school, school for the physically handicapped and school for the mentally handicapped.

Education and Latin American countries
Education, in addition to being a fundamental human right, is an essential factor and, more generally, to achieve the primary objective of alleviating poverty. In Latin American (Latin America and the Caribbean) countries there are still 40 million adults who lack the basic learning tools to make fully informed decisions and fully participate in the development of their societies.
Education and the European Union (EU).
The Elearning Program promotes the effective integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and training systems in the EU. The most important line of this program is the eTwinning initiative, which provides schools with an internet portal with tools and support to facilitate twinning projects between schools in different countries.
International overview of Primary and Secondary Education.
The Panoramic that education presents at the international level in relation to primary and secondary education is that its main problem is the extremely low quality of educational systems. Several international studies in recent years show that Latin American countries rank at the bottom, particularly in math and science.
Contemporary Educational Theories:
Contemporary Educational Theories have been classified according to ordering criteria and the temporal references on which they are based. The proposed classification integrates four different pedagogical models, which based on the aforementioned classification scheme, will try to offer below the temporary representations that are defended from the different contemporary educational theories.
