        Does Fascism or Communism seem to be more concerned with the welfare of the people?
        
        I believe that Communism was more concerned with the people's well-being then Fascism. I believe this because of the fact that Communism, though similar, wanted to be internationalist, instead of trying to isolate and destroy the people around them. They also wanted a classless society.
        
        Communism is not nationalistic, but is internationalist.

        Mussolini's popularity increased because Italians saw that their leaders were not cooperating and weren't working to try and better the economy for the middle class. Because of this, they wanted change and fast so they don't have to worry food.
