Quality control is a measure aimed at improving and standardizing processes in order to ensure the quality of the products and/or services offered by a company.

Quality indicators are measurement instruments, based on facts and data, that allow evaluating the quality of processes, products and services to ensure customer satisfaction, that is, they measure the level of compliance with the specifications established for a certain activity or process.
Poor data quality implies significant risks in decision-making and in the operation and management of companies. As a consequence, those who make decisions in a company tend to leave out some things that they should know and even appear to be informed but with wrong information.
Poor data quality is one of the main indicators of failed projects and is often identified as the root cause of process failures, as well as the main cause of wrong decisions in an organization.
The checklist is a tool that facilitates the standardization and monitoring of results. After all, with the definition of what should be done, it is easier to follow exactly what is planned in the guidelines.
In addition, the checklist -as it is also known- serves to collect data and list a profile of events, helping to identify nonconformities.
What is the quality of service?
It is a set of strategies and actions that seek to improve customer service, as well as the relationship between the consumer and the brand. The key to that support is building good relationships and a positive, helpful, and friendly environment that ensures customers leave with a good impression.
