How to measure heart beat and the factors that affect it
Dependent Variable: Heart rate and how to measure it
Phone: using the sensors at the back of the phone measures the heart rate (it should give the heart rate in beats per minute)
Put index and middle finger on the left wrist under the base of the thumb and count the beats for 15 seconds and multiply it by 4. (to get beats per minute)
Put index and middle finger next to the windpipe on the neck and count the beats for 15 seconds and multiply it by 4. (to get beats per minute)
Independent Variable: Flights of stairs
