Inclusion Policy
Encourage positive role models through the use of toys, imaginary play and activities, promoting non-stereotypical images and language
Ensuring that children whose first language isn't English will have full access to the early learning opportunities and are supported by the member of staff in their learning.
Diversity Policy
Training and promoting individuals based on the occupational skills requirement. In this respect the environment will ensure that no job applicants or employees will have less favourable treatment because of the 9 characteristics that may not be justified as being important for the safe and effective performance of their work or training.
Regularly reviewing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of inclusive practices to ensure that they promote and value diversity and difference and that the policy which can be effective and practices are non-discriminatory.
