Richard Brigantine's All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace
he hopes that this will happen sooner so that it will prevent
global warming
overpopulation
hunting to extinction
he imagines a world where humans machines (AI) and nature all live in coexistence and mutual care
no work
free to pursue our passions
music
literature
art
no money
no greed
no conflicts (complete world peace)
Paul Seidler and Max Hampshire on Flowertokens
the flower tokens project was an experiment to see if we could use a living thing and make it a currency
it verified the use of making physical items into decentralized digital assets
it was a grow rack of 100 flowers and whoever bought a flower would be updated on its stages of growth and its health
Harvest
it was a completely green computer powered by wind energy
it was used to mine crypto currencies
this money was then donated to climate research and action charities
this then proved the reliability of green energy
Susan Schuppli on the new optical regime of climate change
she studies the ice cores of the permanent ice on the north and south pole
similar to trees ice cores change in depth depending on the climate of the year
her research on this showed how drastically changed the ice cores have been in the years after the industrial revolution thus validating the need for a change in global emisions
Artificial and other intelligence
currently thee are AIs capable of beating grand masters at chess and at our rate of research in technology they will only improve
soon they will be able to complete larger and more complex tasks
this will inevitable lead to all scientific and manual work to be completely done by machines
this will allow us to pursue things only us humans can do
music
just like the cybernetic forest Richard Brigantine imagined
literature
art
