Flexible work hours
Chief executive Paul Pomroy told Sky News all 115,000 workers of the fast-food giant "will be given a choice between remaining on a flexible, zero-hours contract or moving to a fixed position". New contracts would guarantee "either four, eight, 16 or 30 hours work per week".
