-The cost factor is also very affect the quality of education. Because if school fees are cheap, everyone is in the country can absorb education easily. In Singapore, the cost education tailored to the ability of the people, coupled with scholarships for the less fortunate.

The progress of education in Singapore is supported by many factors. Among them are the availability of adequate facilities.

Other facilities are available a transportation system that has access to all schools in Singapore make it easier for students to go to school.

Malaysia tends to be more advanced in the field of education because of the curriculum used as standard and there is not often a change of curriculum

Each preschool class is managed by a teacher and an assistant appointed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. The post grade for preschool teachers is DG29 or DG41 while the post grade for preschool assistants is N17, which is equivalent to the post of Administrative Assistant.

Each class must not exceed 25 children aged 5 and/or 6 years. Eligibility to enter preschool is calculated based on family income which is below RM500. However the limit can be increased if there are still vacancies.
