In order to take advantage of an evidence-based medicine strategy, we propose that from the different health service provision units of an IPS, there be adequate management of biosanitary, technical and human resources, in order to invest more in research, which will further help the professional to acquire skills and provide quality and effectiveness in the required provision according to the SOGC, it will also improve advances in technology, being an important advance in disease management, diagnosis, treatment, recovery or palliative care.
