- - - - Should be able to set events that are occurring at that time, and see other events of the day, but has to be already registered to set the events
      - Organisers should be able to swipe their card just like a student to gain points
      - Should be able to login and register to view past and future events and attended events by the logged in user like a student, but cannot add any event like an administrator
    - - Should be able to set events, like a organiser; however, they are not able to attend events in order to prevent any exploitations
      - Only admins should be able to add events, with a description, place and points allocated, in order to organise upcoming events
      - Only admins should be able to promote registered students from a student to organiser, but not an organiser to an admin
    - - Should be able to swipe their student card at an event, set by an organiser, in order to gain the allocated points for the sport they 'attended'
      - Should be able to register and sign into a designated website in order to view their total accumulated points, past events attended, and the upcoming events
      - Students should not be able to set or change anything to do with events, they also cannot set events that they have attended
  - - - All visual images, that are not used for design, should have alt text in order for those who are visually impaired to read
      - The website should be easy to read and should incorporate many visual communications, such as harmony and proximity, to help those navigate the website
      - There should be a way to undo mistakes that are made in order to improve the overall user experience
      - The website should be able to be viewed on a mobile device to enable for better use of the system when setting points for an event
- - - - As mentioned above, SQL will be used to set up the databases and edit and information contained within the database
      - SQL will be used, within PHP, to retrieve information from the databases in order for students to access their and others scores
    - - A CSV file which that includes the snumber (code), student name (sname), year (yr), pastoral-care group (pcgroup), house and email will be utilised and used as sample data
    - - Data will be stored as their cleaned and striped input variables except for pw, which will be hashed and stored for the safety of the user

        All inputs will be striped and cleaned in order to ensure that any input data is safe and cannot harm the website
        
        All passwords and user password will be hashed before sending the data off to a server, this will ensure that even if the password is stolen, it is encrypted and cannot be discorved
      - PHP will be used as the main process to calculate and interact with the website
      - All code will be developed in sublime which will then be run though localhost in order to effectively test a solution model to the task
    - - Bootstrap will be used as the main formatting type in order to create a good looking website which addresses the visual communications and standards of Terrace
