        Unable to conduct usual routines

        Elderly now have no where to go, the lack of interaction and disruption of their daily life have put them in risk of depression as they might feel trapped staying at home for very long time
- - - - Organizations start to encouraging digitally-savvy seniors by sending them videos and online exercising resources for their well-being
        
        However, when things become digital, it is harder for the seniors to conduct. It is also a difficult task for them to keep in touch with their family and friends.
- - - - Elderly then knows that there are people that they can count on when they need help even though they are living alone
        
        The younger generation is a good source of reassurance to the elderly and they are advised to look out for their senior relatives and family members
        
        In this way, the elderly may not feel as lonely and as isolated as before as they know that things are going to be fine for them
- - - - Maybe the younger generation can try to company the elderly and talk to them if we're living together with them so that they would at least know that they are cared and loved by people around them.
