Cognitive strategy
In this type of learning outcome, the learner uses personal strategies to think, organize, learn and behave. It depends on, mostly the students personal experiences.

Curriculum gives the teacher instructions what they are going to teach, however syllabus is about how the teacher going to teach them. We can explain by saying that the curriculum tells the teacher teach them "tenses", but does not say which order. Then teacher make a syllabus, to decide which order he or she is going to teach them.

Goals are the outcomes you intend to achieve, whereas objectives are the specific actions and measurable steps that you need to take to achieve a goal. Goals and objectives work in tandem to achieve success.
