Why do you want to join Edusuite?
Because my school uses Edusuite. I get to see how it works.
I think it would be a good idea to start learning to do programming in this company because my school was talking about it.
It's about Web Design and Mobile Application
I would like to get more experience in programming as an intern.
I would like to learn how I could contribute for the education of the Philippines.
Enumerate past experiences, projects, challenges, successes, and failures related to the position.
(JAVA Developer, Mobile Developer, Quality Engineer, Client Success Manager, Helpdesk Officer)
Past Experiences related to the position:
I'm recently learning to code JAVA in CIIT since the 3rd quarter of Grade 11. I'm about to be learning about the game engine Unity.
I made a mobile app exclusive for android called a water reminder app. It's a program for my team's activity making a mockup app.
It can be used to make an interval of reminders of what you want to remind after how many hours you input.
I have been chosen thrice as a leader in group works. Subjects in Reading and Writing for Group Report and Debate, and Web Programming for our final project in Web Programming.
In our school, I have certain skills and experiences for the applicable job positions.
Projects related to the position:
Mockup ATM System (This is an activity that teaches us about "BufferedReader" and "InputStreams" such as cout and cin. It creates a temporary ATM account, it's not saved).
Dummy Elevator | (This was the output of my activity where we get to code using the Linked List & Queue functions. In this output it acts as an elevator that removes passengers 1 by 1 if they reached their desired floors. Max floors is 25.)
Enrollment System | (This was my output of my activity of where my instructor teaches us about constructors, objects, and setters & getters. Constructors are the default of objects in JAVA and can be edited using setters and getters when calling the object's class.)
Simple COVID-19 Logger (through console) | (This was an activity that also includes constructors, objects, setters and getters. Our instructor also gave us a .java file to work with, it generates an ID that makes the user unique from the other users.)
Simple COVID-19 Logger (with GUI) | (This is the output of my activity where sir instructed us to make a Simple COVID-19 Logger that saves the user's personal info and entry date time, but in a GUI Format. We used windowBuilder for this project.)
"Water Reminder App" made in MIT App inventor | An activity from my instructor in Mobile App Development where he instructs us to make any Utility Application of our choice such as calculators and maps. The one we choose is to make a "Water Reminder Utility App" that can remind people to drink their water by setting up notifications based on the intervals using the set-up hours inputted by the user.
Challenges related to the position:
Sometimes it's hard to manage a team with people who are unwilling to contribute and learn. But after a lot of asking help from teachers, splitting the works to them and most of the time helping them with their work. I still get to finish the project and send the project to my instructors in time despite the unwilling people.
I talk but only about important stuff. I have a hard time communicating with friends if I have no interesting topic to talk about.
Successes related to the position:
Leaded a group for my Web Programming project which is to make a Website about what we researched in
Did my Homeworks on time.
Failures related to the position:
Software Tools
Visual Studio Code (2 - Novice)
Software products for working (1 - Beginner to 4 - Expert)
VS Code (3 - Experienced)
