Facts
- Magdi purchased the Cottage from Dana and moved in last week. Between the garden of the cottage and the public footpath is a small area of grass (the grassed land). Although the grassed land belongs to the local authority, Dana had looked after it for many years, treating it as an extension of her front garden.
- Yesterday, Magdi saw some pictures on Facebook, posted by his neighbour, Henry. They show three Victorian coins and two valuable broaches.
