Review and provide guidance to policy for, use of, and/or rules regarding the common spaces within Daybreak
general operations
Advise on and make recommendations regarding Reserve projects within the community
Advise on and make recommendations regarding approved capital improvement projects within the community
Review resident proposals/requests for enhancements in the community for the following:
Fiscal viability
Functionality
Overall community enhancement/value
Recommend advancement of the
proposals to the finance committee
for further review
Provide commentary and insight on upcoming improvements that will be provided by the developer/builders.
Represent the overall community as residents, rather than a particular geographical village, with a holistic view to the livability and sustainability of Daybreak as a planned community

Why me?
I became a resident/owner 14 months ago
I've known about Daybreak from its earlier years while living in the Carolinas. We moved to Utah 2.5 years ago and then when the opportunity arose we took it.
Prior Community Volunteer Experience
In years past I volunteered in scouting as a scout master, committee chair, vice chair of lodge ceremonies, council trainer, scribe, and Training guide
Communications and Technology Chair for an Association of Human Resource professionals with several hundred members
Physical labor (fundraising projects, road-side clean-up, ODI Self-Help for the disabled, making sandwiches. teaching Sunday School, 2 year mission to South Africa and Swaziland...
B.S. in Business and M.A. in Organizational Development
Currently I'm an internal consultant
maturing business processes and systems
to support global print and online publishing
Wife 3 boys to are older and on their own our youngest is 11 and attends Golden Fields Elementary
I enjoy being active running, hiking, swimming, and biking
I ran a family business for a few years
Experienced life enough to realize policy and change often have unintended consequences
Change Management is something I continue to try to understand and leverage my growing insights
