Centralised database will store:
The community centres registered in QLD to the initiative
The activities created by the community centres, with relevant data.
The users that are registered to the website, including the activities they have saved/signed up to.
Must be fully normalised, i.e. meeting Normal Form 3
Administrators can add new community centres, as well as add, delete or update community activities
Community managers can create, delete or update community activities
