Functionality
Community Centre Manager
Must be able to create, update and delete activities/events that are stored in a centralised database for community centres
Must be able to view people who have registered and signed-up for their activities/events
Administrator
Must be able to add new neighbourhood and community centres to the application
Must be able to edit existing data
Must be able to approve activities offered by community centres before they are viewable
Must have access to statistical data including registrations or activity sign-ons
Must be able to export and save statistical data as a PDF
Viewing Mediums
The web application must be scaled to be viewable on devices, mobile phones, laptops, and desktop computer
Using CSS will allow the web application to be modular
Users
Registered users can only view activities that have been approved by administrators
Registered users must be able to view activities that are in their vicinity, via postcode/suburb search
Registered users must be able to find, save and sign-up easily for activities offered by community centres - for themselves or their children
Registered users must be able to view a list of saved and signed-up activities
Users must be able to register an account with relevant information
Registered users can update their details
Access to accounts with encrypted passwords
Interface
The webpage must be accessible and understandable to all users
A blue, grey, black colour scheme must be incorporated with the QLD Government logo
Alerts should be provided where reasonable (e.g CSS alert for incomplete form)
Must comply with QLD Guidelines and relevant Design and Useability principles
Algorithms
Administrator approving or disapproving a manager activity proposal
Send E-mails to users
Encrypting passwords
Form validation for inputted user data
Manager sending community activity to Administrator

Must have a preview for an event or community centre page for surrounding areas
Must have a postcode/suburb search for activities
