Legal Relevance (FRE 403) = a court has the discretion to exclude relevant evidence if its probative value is substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice; confusion of the issues; misleading the jury; consideration of undue delay, waste of time, or needless presentation of cumulative evidence
