      - Culturally safe practice is most needed for First Nations. They are the most vulnerable populations lacking human rights while living on their lands and feeding their resources. They need accessible care ( which is free of charge, accessible to all geographic locations, jobs, housing, and all the rights people have in other provinces as we are the ones who took away their lands from them)
- - - - Supplementary services covered by Medicare for certain population like seniors, children and low income
        
        Vision care, dental care, prescription drugs outside hospitals, physiotherapist, medical equipment and appliances
        
        if the senior needs prescription the prescription will be covered
        
        Those not covered by Medicare, can get private insurance or pay out of the pocket
        
        Asking and data gathering on those paying out of pocket to improve insurance services
        
        People who do not have insurance need culturally safe practice, as mostly they can be vulnerable population
        
        if the senior decided to home, required equipment will be provided

        Seniors and low income need culturally safe practice, they are vulnerable

        Prevention and treatment
        
        for example, seniors will get help from their physician at this point

        if the senior needs emergent help they can go to emergency and it will be covered

        Their physician refer them to a long term care
        
        Palliative and end of life care
        
        Most of the services covered (room and board cost pain by individual
