Risk Factors
The patient is at risk for depression and social isolation, “I sometimes feel lonely and down.” She also told the clinician she does not have any friends since moving here.
She is at risk for emotional abuse. She stated to the clinician “Here; I’m sometimes affected here.” while pointing to her heart.
Risk for financial Instability. Patient states that her husband gives her a weekly allowance, and does not have money of her own.

Impaired sleep pattern places her at risk for sleep deprivation which in turn places her immune system to be impaired, therefore more likely to get sick
Low BMI, risk for self deficit with feeding
Risk for unwanted pregnancy, patient stated at numerous visits that she wanted to discuss birth control options
Clinician Conflict
"I was a tumble of emotions with each response Nadiya provided to my queries. Sadness, frustration, and anger were just some feelings that welled up inside me." This quote shows that the clinician was experiencing a mix of emotions towards her patient and caring for her in regards to her situation.
She also does not have the same cultural beliefs as the patient, like prioritizing school, employment and her future.
"I had the uneasy feeling that something was not right. I made a mental note to make more assessments at the next home visit." The clinician was able to sense some conflict within the patient and herself.

Cultural Conflict
The clinician and the patient do not share the same cultural background, therefore this could cause a conflict.
This clinician has potential for biases, as she had feelings and opinions towards the patients situation. Clinicians need to have a non biased opinion towards the patients's sitatuion.
