Platform dependency, we are using someone else’s platform, Spotify, they might not want continue investing in podcasts at any given point, which would force us to find another platform
Bootstrap we’re self-funded, we can only do that for so long
Opportunities
Scalable, we can grow exponentially using the same technology, the technology scales with the audience
Audio as social media is the future, it’s an opportunity to jump on the band wagon early
Transmedia – Forefront of audio social interaction, people listen, audience is invited to participate and be a part of the experience, then join us on retreats
Threats
Idea is portable, others with a bigger audience can do it
Technology can shift, what if it vears away from audio and goes more towards A.I, we would then have to shift
Self – funded, nights and weekend, it thrives on how much time we give to it or not, we could be out own threat
