Snakes can expand their jaws very wide to swallow big food
snakes inject venom in to their prey to digest faster in their stomach
when the snake has pushed the entirety of its prey into its mouth, it will soak the prey in saliva. , this lets the food slid down and the muscles starts to crush it.
