Execution
When the project is in progress. this is when tasks are to be completed in order and on time to make the deliverable product.
Evaluation
the deliverable product is then reviewed against a success criteria and is used to see how well the project team did. This can be used as a learning experience.
Planning
where the project begins to be planned. Risks, inputs and outputs are discussed and tasks are also set with deadlines.
Initiation
When the project begins to be discussed and approved. Inputs, outputs and a feasibility report is used to approve the project.
