At end of HLQ Presents Intro Group Call Calendly pulling in Name, Phone and Email. Unable to pull in additional field to opt in to SMS.
Calendly's intergration with Landbot - its set up so client has an option to schedule the call or not.
Client Finishes HLQ but does not schedule ---> after an hour, fires off tag that initiates zap that configures Intro Group Call link
Updates InfusionSoft Field "Auto Coach Direct Scheduling Link - same as one-on-one coach call" and Intercom Custom Field Attribure "Introduction Call Scheduling Link", the same field the one-on-one coach call goes

Completed: Added To App -->Fires off tag that initiates zap that configures Saturday Kickoff Call
Updates InfusionSoft Field "Calendly L1 Kickoff Call Scheduling Link" and Intercom Custom Field Attribute "Calendly L1 Group Kickoff Call Scheduling Link"
Will also tag to configure the TNC one-click to auto register link in IFS and update Intercom in case we need to use it down the road for intercom comms zap
Bottlenecks
- Unable to create hidden fields in Calendly scheduler. This will not allow us to pass through an infusionsoft ID - therefore anyone who schedules it looks in IFS by email address. If email address is changed in the scheduling form, it will create another contact record in IFS.
- Unable to Track Attendance within Calendly
- Scheduling Kickoff Call On Group Intro Call: This won't be a configured link, so there is a risk of people entering in different information from what is in IFS, so it could potentially create duplicate contact records
