- uncommon with stative verbs ( love , hate) " Macdonalds I am loving it.
- more frequent in convo than writing. more in informal writing
perfect
- basic meaning ( before) or prior to an event.
- Viewed from outside ( looking back at things) I have lived here ( considering the past ).
- retrospective view of an event.
- can be finished and relevant. ( I have seen the park)
- can be ongoing ( I have lived in Vietnam for 3 years)
How much of this to explain to students? higher level need more uptake and understanding of why we use this
