A team consisting of all adults who are in contact with the student (teachers, parent(s)/guardian(s), school staff, etc.) initiates RTI (response to intervention) process.

Phase 7: Reevaluation
IEP team meets at the end of the school year to evaluate IEP and determine IEP for the following school year
If parent(s)/guardian(s) disagree with IEP, they can:

The child is reevaluated at least once every three years to determine if they still meet the disability criteria under IDEA
