Show Surrounding Suburbs check default

If the Surrounding suburbs checkbox is enabled and performing a search from the marketing site, the “Show Surrounding Suburbs” check box also must be auto-selected in the filter pop-up in the marketplace.
If the Surrounding suburbs checkbox is not enabled and performing a search from the marketing site, the “Show Surrounding Suburbs” check box also must be auto-deselected in the filter pop-up in the marketplace.
If the Surrounding Suburbs check box is selected when performing the search, I must see the properties available in the surrounding suburbs of the entered suburb(s)
Surrounding suburbs must include any suburb that is under the same postcode of the searched suburb or suburbs.
Both the list view and the map view must contain the same results.
The map area must be loaded to show all the properties in the searched suburbs and surrounding suburbs.
I must be able to zoom in / zoom out or move the map to see the available properties on the map.
I must be able to unselect the Surrounding Suburb checkbox and perform the search. So the properties which are on the searched suburb or suburbs must be only loaded.
I must be able to select the Surrounding Suburb checkbox and perform the search. So the properties which are on the searched postcode should loaded.
Other existing filter options and sort functionality must be working properly without any impact.
