Improving conditions in the work force with economic growth
Improving the Workplace
Keeping the stress low in a work place will allow for a much better work atmosphere. As stress is often linked into a lower quality of work
Make the workplace enjoyable, doing this will allow for the workers to feel more inclined to work, and you can make this happen by making sure they are not overloaded with work.
Elaborating on stress again, encourage team work as it will allow for employees to endure less stress
Training sessions, this will allow workers from feeling like they are stuck in the mud, which will boost moral
With an enjoyable work atmosphere which is will let will also improve on moral, because if a work place looks depressing it is harder for people to look forward to there jobs.
If work is fun for people then will have said to have never have work a day in there lives, which will boost there work output if they enjoy what they are doing
How to fix equal pay
Conducting a pay audit will allow a company to see how, much of a difference in pay there is based off gender in there workplace
Making sure that hiring and promotions are fair is essential to the goal of equal pay as for hiring it is the first step, and without fair promotions there is no room for growth, for the minority
As studies show women are often looked at less when looking for advancements in the workforce, so companies should legally be taking gender out of the process
Encourage women to negotiate in the workforce, as often in todays society we do not see this as it is often frowned open
Improving the wage gap will allow companies, to grow as studies have shown when there is equal pay companies tend to run better

Ending Slavery
Modern Slavery is still present even in the modern area .
Even though this isn't a problem in many countries, there needs to be cross colaboration between other nations
Experts estimate there is about 24.9 million people who are forced into labor
We can combat this by improving world knowledge on this, as with much social media that we have, we need to be able to pressure goverments into taking actions against slavery
We must though also be careful when it comes to using our technology, as a lot of the time recruiters use this to find targets.

Adapting to our evolving economy
Become aware of your situation as this will allow you to see where you are at in your job, and what you need to do to keep up.
Being able to understand change will allow for growth as, you will be able to work with the change instead of fighting against it.
A key to this is also building up your skill set, because as the economy grows to help do our part we must grow our skill set, or be left behind and stunt economic growth
Watching competition will allow you to move with them. This in turn will allow for you to grow at the same time and improve with the evolving economy
One thing that we tend to forget about when it comes to economic growth, is that blaming others for problems will only stunt growth, but being able to adapt and be a fixer will help the economy grow.
Investing in our Education
Education is an investment, that as a economy we get to see the growths or declines of our investment
With more education, the more a persons salary tends to raise which for an economy is always a good thing.
We must improve on our education as wanted skills are beginning to change, such as people who are handy with computers.
While improving on education, the end goal should always be in mind as it will allow for us to get our best return on investment.
As we invest in our education we must make sure that our skills that we are training for are wanted skills in the labor force, or skills that will be needed later on in the future
